President and CEO
Bryan has successfully built and sold two highly regarded specialty underwriting & wholesale brokerage companies. In addition to providing the vision for growth and excellence, he is very active in the day-to-day management of the business. Bryan is a member of CHART, NAPSLO, PLUS, TMPAA, Vistage International and Legatus International. Bryan attended the Air Force Academy from 1990–94 and majored in Boxing.
Rian is the xagent Customer Service Manager and System Solutions Architect. He has served as Senior Vice President for Admiral and led the start-up for their online ADX Binding Authority division. Rian was responsible for the design and execution of a web-based, rate-quote-bind transactional platform for small liability risks: product and distribution development, IT systems, underwriting guidelines and operations. Rian also served in senior positions with MGA oversight at Zurich North America and AIG. He holds a BS from the University of Notre Dame.

Alex is head of sales and leverages both his analytical and communication skills to help find solutions for our clients. Prior to joining xagent, Alex spent over 12 years in underwriting and sales for the insurance and mortgage industry for companies like Chase, Wells Fargo and K&B Underwriters. Alex received his BA in English from George Mason University.

Terry Scali is a xagent investor and he is currently EVP at NFP and CEO of NFP Property & Casualty Services, Inc. NFP is listed as a top 15 U.S. Agency / Broker. With over 30 years of insurance experience, he guides P&C employees and offices across the U.S. in revenue-driving initiatives backed by best practices, technology developments and regional collaboration. Prior to NFP, Terry was CEO of Lapre Scali & Company Insurance Services, which NFP acquired in 2011. He also established and managed Milne Scali & Company Insurance Services, which he sold to BNC National Bank, where he was president and CEO of Insurance Operations. He earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Arizona.
Joe Lane is a xagent investor and currently serves as a partner and Managing Director at Napier Park Global Capital. Prior roles include CEO of GE Technology Finance, President of IBM Credit Corporation, CEO of GATX Capital and Chairman of Sun Financial Corporation. He currently serves and has served on multiple boards in Europe, Asia, and North America. Joe is a Mentor with the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute, and earned his BA at Yale.
Kenny McWilliams is an investor and currently serves as Associate General Counsel to Software AG USA, Inc., #1 Forrester ranked in Hybrid Integration. Prior to joining Software AG, Kenny’s legal practice included transactions for companies such as the Carlyle Group, Thayer Capital Partners, KKR, Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, TPG Capital, Apax Partners, and Bain Capital. Kenny was a Navy fighter pilot, and graduated from the Navy’s TopGun school. He holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center.
Mark Grosvenor is currently SVP and CTO of NFP. Prior to NFP, Mark served as vice president of Professional Services and Support at Resolution EBS, program manager and regional delivery lead at GTECH, director of Consulting at Trilogy Software and manager at Andersen Consulting. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in operations management and management information systems from Texas A&M University.
